The location of the property

Nice to sit in the bar/dining area in the evening watching cricket on tv (IPL end of March till the end of May) supping a few beers. Very leisurely. Benaulim village - 10 mins walk - various restaurants and bars. Beaches 15 mins walk - plenty of public transport to/from the beach area and also to take you wherever you may want to go. Not expensive. Good pool and pool area, always clean and tidy and in partial shade.

Breakfast was good and service from staff was very good

Overall comfortable, bit far from beach, but manageable by walk of 15 mins. Market is near 5 mins walk and good option for food. Breakfast was good, limited option but it was well sufficient and good quality.

Like the grounds ,had food in restaurant on 1st night there ,itwas lovely ,plentiful, Friendly waiters .

We loved Carina Beach Resort. The room was ok, perhaps a bit worn, but it was tidy. Air con worked. The bed was comfortable. There was plenty of space for clothes and a good sized drawer that you could lock away things. Room cleaning was available daily if you wanted it. Having a balcony big enough to sit out comfortably was really great. Having a kettle in the room was a bonus. The garden was really lovely and the rooms were well spaced out. It was a calm space. The staff were very nice and helpful. The pool was nice occasionally. Lots of birds in the garden....kingfishers are regular visitors amongst others. Breakfast was good....you perhaps had to wait for teas and coffees sometimes if busy. It's on the edge of benaulim so out of the hustle and bustle.

Food is good but quite expensive.

On this site say payment at the reception while you reach by hotel but they call you for payment 50% otherwise they will cancel your booking and blackmail to the me.

Bill that man looks helpful in reception 1 star for that person, second star for the guy who work in restaurant . Third star for clean washroom.

We were upgraded to a garden facing room with no extra cost as the room we had booked was under renovation. Big spacious rooms.

Nothing was like the picture as described. They are thieves. They took 100% for 7 nights and the rooms were dirty and smelly. Nothing was working properly the water kettles were broken, AC either too cold or hot, bed and mattress filled with Ants and faucet in the bathroom was broken as well. We could hardly stayed for the night we checked in early morning at 1AM and found the property so pathetic that we left for another place the same morning by 12ish. They didn’t even refunded our 6 nights of money even after requesting them to waive off 50% and return atleast the 50% of the fully paid amount that we didn’t use at all in the property ☹️

Resort and staff was good.

Swimming pool, located a pleasant walk to evening restaurants and night life. 15 minute walk to the beach .

Staff in Hotel were very helpful, with very good manners & always available to help. Breakfast was decent, any eggs you wanted and juice & fruit available. The pool was very clean & long enough to exercise in. The room I had was large enough with double bed. Shower was a wet room, water always hot. Room could have been a little cleaner with a brush up, but on the whole very clean. The gardens outside were well maintained & beautiful.
